Easton recently visited with the Saints and had interest from the Vikings among other teams.
However, the Saints really needed to add some interior offensive line help after Max Unger surprisingly retired from the NFL.
Easton, 26, originally signed on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out Harvard back in 2015. He was later traded to the 49ers return for a seventh-round pick.
San Francisco elected to trade Easton to the Vikings for LB Gerald Hodges a few months later. Unfortunately, Easton missed the 2018 season after undergoing surgery to correct a herniated disc in his neck.
In 2017, Easton appeared in 12 games for the Vikings and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 56 guard out of 78 qualifying players.
