Seahawks Hosted RB Troymaine Pope For A Visit

The Seattle Seahawks brought out in RB Troymaine Pope for a visit on Thursday, according to Aaron Wilson.

Pope, 22, wound up signing on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Jacksonville State back in May. He was, unfortunately, unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason but was later claimed off of waivers by the Jets.

New York elected to cut Pope loose earlier in the week.

In 2016, Pope has appeared in one game and ran for one yard on a single carry for the Jets.
