The Seattle Seahawks officially re-signed exclusive rights free agent DT Quinton Jefferson on Wednesday for the 2018 season.
Jefferson, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2016. He was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason last year and later claimed off of waivers by the Rams.
The Rams cut Jefferson loose soon after before resigning him to their practice squad. The Seahawks wound later add Jefferson to their active roster and he finished out the year in Seattle.
In 2017, Jefferson appeared in six games for the Seahawks and recorded seven tackles and one sack.
