ESPN’s John Clayton reports that the Seahawks haveย restructured the contract ofย safety Jeron Johnson.
- Clayton adds that Johnson’s one-year deal can be worth as much as $2 million next season.
- This move will ensureย Johnson’sย roster spot for the 2014 season, according to Clayton.
Johnson, 25, was set to makeย $2.187 million after the team placed a second-round tender on him back in March.
Last year, six tackles over the course of seven games, but was a large contributor on special teams.
