Steelers & C Maurkice Pouncey Agree To Three-Year, $33M Deal

Adam Schefter report that the Steelers and C Maurkice Pouncey have agreed to a three-year contract that will pay him an average salary of $11 million per year. 

Pouncey is now the highest-paid center in the NFL. 

Pouncey, 29, is a former first-round pick of the Steelers back in 2010. He was entering the final year of his six-year, $45.49 million contract and was set to make a base salary of $7 million for the 2019 season. 

In 2018, Pouncey appeared in all 16 games for the Steelers and is rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 14 center offensive tackle out of 38 qualifying players.
