The Steelers announced on Tuesday they have placed S Sean Davis on injured reserve to open up a place on the roster for DB Minkah Fitzpatrick.
Pittsburgh also signed QB Paxton Lynch to the practice squad following Lynch’s visit with the team. Here’s a look at the updated Steelers practice squad:

Davis, 25, was drafted in the second round out of Maryland by the Steelers in 2016. He is playing out the final year of a four-year contract worth $4,086,976 to go along with a signing bonus of $1,172,344 and will make a base salary of $1 million in 2019.
Davis played in one game for the Steelers in 2019, recording five total tackles.
