Steelers Re-Sign TE Kevin Rader To Practice Squad

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Friday that they’ve re-signed TE Kevin Rader to their practice squad.

Here’s the Steelers updated practice squad:

  1. S Marcus Allen
  2. OL Derwin Gray
  3. DL Henry Mondeaux
  4. TE Christian Scotland-Williamson (International)
  5. CB Alex Myres
  6. OT Christian DiLauro
  7. WR Amara Darboh
  8. WR Quadree Henderson
  9. RB Ralph Webb
  10. C J.C. Hassenauer
  11. TE Kevin Rader

Rader, 24, wound up going undrafted out of Youngstown State back in 2018. He agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Packers but was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason.

The Steelers signed Rader to a futures contract this past January only to waive him at the start of the preseason. He’s been on and off of their practice squad this season.

During his four-year college career, Radar caught 41 passes for 601 yards receiving and four touchdowns over the course of 42 games.
