Steelers Sign Three Drat Picks Including Third-Round WR Diontae Johnson

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Wednesday that they’ve signed third-round WR Diontae Johnson, fourth-round RB Benny Snell and seventh-round G Derwin Gray to four-year deals. 

The Steelers have now signed four of their 2019 draft picks including:

Johnson, 22, was selected with the No. 66 overall pick in the third round by the Steelers. He’s projected to sign a four-year, $4,251,708 contract that includes a $1,129,110 signing bonus.

During his college career at Toledo, Johnson caught 135 passes for 2,235 yards receiving and 23 touchdowns over the course of three seasons and 38 games.

Snell, 21, was selected with the No. 122 overall pick in the fourth round by the Steelers. He’s projected to sign a four-year deal worth $3,187,778 with a $667,778 signing bonus.

During his college career at Kentucky, Snell rushed 737 times for 3873 yards (5.3 YPC) and 48 touchdowns. He also caught 29 passes for 216 yards.
