Titans Place DL DaQuan Jones On Injured Reserve

The Tennessee Titans announced Monday that they’ve placed DL DaQuan Jones on injured reserve with a biceps injury to make room for TE Luke Stocker, who was signed to their active roster.

Jones will be an under-the-radar player worth watching in free agency next year, as he could end up being a good value signing for a team.

Jones, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Titans back in 2014. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2.675 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $690,000 for the 2017 season before becoming an unrestricted free agent next year.

In 2017, Jones appeared in 12 games and recorded 31 tackles and 3.5 sacks for the Titans. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 40 interior defensive lineman out of 1117 qualifying players.
