Titans Re-Sign S Kenny Vaccaro To Four-Year, $26M Deal

Per NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, the Tennessee Titans are signing S Kenny Vaccaro to a four-year deal worth $26 million.

Titans GM Jon Robinson said earlier this offseason Vaccaro proved to be a good addition for them and played well enough to deserve an extension.

“I thought Kenny did a good job for us,” Robinson said of Vaccaro, via TitansOnline.com. “I thought he came in and fit in really well with our locker room, and did a really good job, brought a physical presence to that position group.”

Vaccaro, 27, is a former first-round pick of the Saints back in 2013. He was in the final year of his four-year, $9.425 million contract when the Saints elected to pick up his fifth-year option last year that will pay him $5.676 million for the 2017 season.

Vaccaro was available for several months before eventually signing a one-year contract with the Titans in August of last year.

Vaccaro is once again in line to be an unrestricted free agent this March.

In 2018, Vaccaro appeared in 13 games and recorded 58 tackles, two sacks, an interception and four pass defenses for the Titans.
