Titans Waive OLB Dontay Moch & RB Lache Seastrunk, Sign Two

Update:

The Tennessee Titans announced a number of roster moves on Monday.

Seastrunk was selected in the sixth-round of the 2014 NFL draft by the Redskins. However, he was unable to make the final 53-man roster coming out of the preseason.

He later caught on with the Panthers briefly before signing to the Titans practice squad in October of last year.

Seastrunk was a five-star recruit coming out of high school, but he would later transfer to Baylor. He produced 2,189 yards rushing on 289 carries (7.57 YPC) and 18 TDs for the Bears over the course of two years.

John Glennon reports that the Titans have placed OLB Dontay Moch on waivers Monday.

Moch, 26, is a former third round pick of the Bengals back in 2011. However, he lasted just two years in Cincinnati before he was waived and later claimed by the Cardinals. From there, Moch re-joined the Bengals temporarily before signing to the Titans practice squad in August of last year.

According to OverTheCap.com, releasing Moch will free up $660,000 in available cap space while creating no dead money.

In 2014, Moch appeared in three games and recorded four tackles and a pass defense for Tennessee.
