The Washington Football Team announced it has activated LB Reuben Foster from the PUP list.
Weโve activated Reuben Foster off PUP.

Per Mike Garafolo, this move more than a year after Foster tore his ACL during OTAs in 2019 should put the veteran linebacker on track to return Week 1.
Foster, 26, is a former first-round pick of the 49ers back in 2017. The 49ers waived him in 2018 and he was later claimed off of waivers by Washington.
Foster is entering the final year of his four-year, $9.03 million rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $1.7 million for the 2020 season. Washington declined to pick up his fifth-year option this past April.
In 2018, Foster appeared in six games for the 49ers and recorded 29 tackles and a pass defense.
