The San Francisco 49ers third-round LB Fred Warner told reporters that he signed his rookie contract on Wednesday, per Nick Wagoner.

Warner, 21, was selected with the No. 70 overall pick by the 49ers in the third round of this year’s draft. According to OverTheCap.com, he receives a four-year, $3,470,188 contract that includes a $1,010,188 signing bonus.
During his four-year college career at BYU, Warner recorded 262 total tackles, 32.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, seven interceptions, 13 pass defenses, five fumble recoveries, three forced fumbles and scored two defensive touchdowns.
