Brown, 29, is a former fifth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2011. He spent a little over three years in Baltimore before he was waived and later claimed by the Giants.
New York elected to release him with an injury settlement at the start of the regular season, but he found limited interest throughout the year. The Bengals did, however, bring him in for a workout back in November, so he was clearly on their radar.
In 2014, Brown appeared in 15 games and recorded 40 tackles and two pass defenses for the Giants.
Baldwin, 24, wound up signing on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Ohio State back in May of last year. He was unfortunately among the team’s early roster cuts and never caught on with another team during the season.
