Bills veteran G Kraig Urbik indicated via his Twitter account Tuesday that he has been released by the team.

Urbik, 30, was entering the final year of his five-year, $14.6 million contract that included a $3.5 million signing bonus. He was set to make a base salary of $2.975 million for the 2016 season.
According to OverTheCap.com, releasing will free up $1,775 million in available cap space while creating $850,000 in dead money.
In 2016, Urbik appeared in all 16 games for the Bills and was rated by Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 48 guard out of 81 qualifying players.
