Bills Hosting Veteran OL Fernando Velasco For A Visit

The Buffalo Bills announced that they’re hosting free agent OL Fernando Velasco for a visit on Thursday.

This is the first reported interest in Velasco since the free agent market opened close to a month ago.

Velasco, 31, originally signed on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia back in 2008. He spent four years in Tennessee before joining the Steelers during the 2013 season.

Velasco spent the 2014 and 2015 seasons with the Panthers after a brief stint with the Titans.

In 2015, Velasco appeared in 11 games for the Panthers and played a total of 116 snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.
