- Ian Rapoport reports that Ivory is expected to receive over $6 million per year.
Last we heard, Ivory had interest from seven teams including the Raiders and Buccaneers.
However, it appears as though the Jaguars were able to convince him to join T.J. Yeldon in their backfield.
Ivory, 27, played out his three-year, $10 million deal with the Jets and was among the best available running backs in this year’s free agent class.
In 2015, Ivory appeared in 15 games for the Jets and ran for 1,070 yards on 247 carries (4.3 YPC) to go along with 30 receptions for 217 yards receiving and eight total touchdowns.
We had him featured in our Top 2016 Free Agents list.
