The Denver Broncos signed OT Darrion Weems, TE Manasseh Garner and P Will Johnson to future/reserve contracts on Wednesday.
- Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post first reported that the Broncos were signing Weems to a future/reserve contract.
Weems, 27, originally signed on with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon back in 2012. Since then, heโs played for the Buccaneers, Colts and Patriots before joining the Cowboys in December of 2012.
Weems was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but was later added to the teamโs practice squad soon after.
This season, Weems didnโt appear in a single game for the Cowboys.
