Buccaneers DE Josh Martin cleared waivers on Thursday and has officially reverted to the team’s injured reserve list.
Martin, 23, originally signed on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Columbia back in 2013. He was re-signed to an exclusive rights contract back in April, but was unfortunately waived with an injury settlement at the start of the season.
The Buccaneers later signed him to their active roster before waiving him with the injury designation on Wednesday.
This season, Martin has been active for two games, but has yet to record a single statistic.
