Cowboys Aren’t In Trade Market For WR Help

Josina Anderson of ESPN reports that the Cowboys are not actively seeking to trade for a receiver at this point in time.

Beyond that, Anderson says that nothing has changed in regards to their lack of interest in re-signing Dez Bryant.

The Cowboys’ lack of receiver depth has been a popular topic for several months now with many expecting the team to look at some potential upgrades. However, Dallas has resisted doing so while maintaining support for their current receiver corps.

One notable receiver reportedly on the trade block is Raiders WR Amari Cooper. Although, Oakland is apparently seeking a first-round pick in return for Cooper, which should prevent trade talks from getting off the ground between now and the trade deadline.

As for the free agent market, the best available options include Bryant, Rishard Matthews, Jeremy Maclin, Jeremy Kerley and Kenny Britt.

We’ll have more regarding Cowboys as the news is available.
