The Dallas Cowboys officially signed RB Aaron Green to their practice squad on Monday.
The Cowboys’ practice squad now consists of:
- G Kadeem Edwards
- WR Lance Lenior
- CB Marquez White
- WR Brian Brown
- DB Jameill Showers
- OT Jarron Jones
- LB Tre’von Johnson
- QB Kellen Moore

- RB Aaron Green
Green, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of TCU back in May of last year. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Rams cut him loose coming out of the preseason and later signed him to their practice squad last year.
Unfortunately, the Rams once again waived Green at the start of the regular season a few months ago.
In 2016, Green was active for two games but did not record a statistic.
During his college career, Green rushed for 2,531 yards on 469 carries (5.4 YPC) to go along with 40 receptions for 332 yards receiving and 27 total touchdowns.
