The Miami Dolphins released OT Jason Weaver on Friday, according to the NFL transactions release.
- The move was listed as a non-football injury designation.
Weaver, 25, signed to a reserve/future contract back in January, but it appears as though the team is comfortable looking for offensive tackle depth elsewhere.
He has yet to appear in an NFL game over the course of his pro career.
