Eagles Sign LB Steven Means Off Texans’ Practice Squad

The Philadelphia Eagles announced Tuesday that they’ve signed LB Steven Means off of the Houston Texans’ practice squad.

Means, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2013. He lasted just over a year in Tampa Bay before being waived at the start of last year. The Ravens later signed him to a contract before cutting him at the start of the regular season.

Means later signed on to the Texans practice back in October.

Last year, Means appeared in one game and recorded a single tackle for the Ravens.
