Mike Klis of the Denver Post reports that the Broncos are shopping QB Kyle Orton in attempt to move him quickly. Orton’s contract will pay him $9 million for the 2011 so there’s most likely a good amount of concern about his price tag.
The Dolphins have been linked to Orton for a number of months so this move really wouldn’t be much of a surprise. Arizona is also said to have interest but they are likely to pursue Kevin Kolb before going after Orton. By then Orton may already have a new team so Arizona will have to be busy if they’re going to weigh all of their options.
