- Jason La Canfora reports that the Raiders remain at a stalemate with free agent LT Donald Penn.
- La Canfora adds that it’s very likely Penn hits the free agent market and does quite well.
- The Raiders are expected to pursue Ravens OL Kelechi Osemele.
- Vic Tafur reports that the Raiders paid ILB Curtis Lofton $3.5 million of salary in February, but are looking for his replacement.
