Kurt Warner has an idea for fixing the Arizona Cardinals quarterback problems. In an interview with 1060 in Phoenix, via Mike Sando of ESPN.com, Warner suggests that Marc Bulger would be a great fit for his former team.
“If the Cardinals want to do what we did when I was there, I think Marc fits the bill extremely well,” Warner said. “He is a very accurate passer down the field, he can read defenses, he understands the system they play there and can do those things very well.”
This could be why the St Louis Rams decided to release Bulger once the Cardinals had already signed Derek Anderson during last years offseason. Warner also mentioned that Bengals QB Carson Palmer could be another great fit for Arizona.
The quarterback play in Arizona last season was as bad as any that I’ve seen in the last few years so they basically can’t go wrong with bringing in some else to run their offense.
