Packers Activate C Corey Linsley From PUP List

The Green Bay Packers have activated C Corey Linsley from the physically-unable-to-perform list, according to Mike Garafolo.

Linsley’s timing could be any better for the Packers, who are expected to be without C J.C. Tretter for several weeks after he suffered a knee injury in Week 9.

Linsley, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Packers back in 2014. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2,405,000 contract and stands to make a base salary of $600,000 for the 2016 season.

In 2015, Linsley appeared in 13 games for the Packers and was rated as an above-average center last year by Pro Football Focus.
