The Carolina Panthers officially claimed DE Zach Moore off of waivers from the 49ers on Wednesday.
Moore, 26, is a former sixth-round pick of the Patriots back in May of 2014. He lasted just over a year in New England before he was at the start of the season and later signed to the Vikings’ practice squad.
Minnesota wound up cutting Moore loose coming out of the preseason last year and he later signed on to the Cowboys’ practice squad. Dallas placed him on waivers in December and he was later claimed by the 49ers.
In 2016, Moore has appeared in one game but has not recorded a statistic.
