Raiders Sign OL Rodger Saffold

 

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Oakland Raiders have agreed to terms with former Rams’ LT Rodger Saffold, formerly of the Rams, on a five-year, $42.5 million contract.

Saffold informed the Rams that he wouldn’t be back with the next year and all signs pointed to him joining the Raiders. Oakland reportedly views him as a left tackle, so we’ll have to see how he holds up next year.
