The Seattle Seahawks announced that they’ve signed QB Joel Stave to their practice squad on Wednesday.
The Seahawks’ practice squad now consists of:
- WR Kenny Lawler
- LB Kache Palacio
- OL Will Pericak
- WR Marcus Lucas
- DT Tylor Harris
- WR Kasen Williams
- G Robert Myers
- FB Julian Howsare
- DT Justin Hamilton
- QB Joel Stave
Stave, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin back in May. He was, unfortunately, waived coming out of the preseason before later signing on to the Vikings’ practice squad.
The Vikings cut Stave loose on Tuesday.
During his four-year college career, Stave threw for 7,635 yards while completing 59.5 percent of his passes to go along with 48 touchdowns and 37 interceptions.
