The Pittsburgh Steelers officially signed RB Brandon Brown-Dukes to their practice squad and waived S Jacob Hagen from the unit.
The Steelers’ practice squad now consists of:
- DL Johnny Maxey Jr
- RB Brandon Brown-Dukes
- RB David Cobb
- WR Demarcus Ayers
- WR Cobi Hamilton
- TE Rashaun Allen
- OT Matt Feiler
- DE Caushaud Lyons
- CB Al-Hajj Shabazz
- LB Travis Feeney
Hagen, 24, originally signed on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Liberty back in May of last year. He was, unfortunately, unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason last year but was later signed to the team’s practice squad at the start of the season.
The Steelers elected to sign him to a future/reserve contract this past January only to cut him loose in the final week of the preseason. The Steelers swapped Brown-Dukes out for Hagen last week.
Hagen has yet to appear in an NFL game.
