Report: Titans Reach Agreement With RB Shonn Greene

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Titans have reached an agreement with  free agent RB Shonn Greene on a three-year deal worth $10 million.

 Mike Garafolo adds that Greene will receive $4.5 million guaranteed.

Jim Wyatt reports that indications from the Titans suggest that they intend to sign free agent RB Shonn Greene during his visit today.

Wyatt adds that he’s expects this deal to get done.

Greene is coming off of a season in which he total 1,063 yard rushing on 276 carries along with 8 touchdowns for the Jets. He’s come under a lot of scrutiny for never taking the next step towards being a solid NFL running back, but he could be a decent compliment to Chris Johnson in the Titans offense next season.
