Titans Sign DBs Kenneth Durden & Trey Caldwell, Waive Two

The Tennessee Titans announced that they have signed DBs Kenneth Durden and Trey Caldwell to contracts on Saturday and waived CBs Joseph Este and Jarell Carter to make room for them.

Durden, 26, wound up signing on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Youngstown State back in 2016. He was, unfortunately, waived coming out of the preseason before later signing on to the Raiders’ practice squad at the start of the season.

The Raiders brought Durden back on a future/reserve contract last year but elected to cut him loose coming out of the preseason. Durden signed on to the Titans’ practice squad before he was eventually cut loose.

The Giants later signed Durden only to cut him loose in July. After an injury at cornerback, New York elected to bring him back last week.

Durden has yet to appear in an NFL game.
