Colts Worked Out 3 Players Including DB Terrance Mitchell

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Colts worked out three players including OT Pierce Burton, DE Nordly Capi, and DB Terrance Mitchell.

Mitchell, 23, is a former seventh round pick of the Cowboys back in May of last year. He was unfortunately unable to make the Cowboys’ 53-man roster during his rookie season, but later signed on to the Bears’ pracice squad at the start of the season.

Mitchell managed to make the team coming out of the preseason this year, but was waived a few weeks ago.

This season, Mitchell has appeared in five games and recorded one tackle and a pass defense for the Bears.
