Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Lions worked out DB Kendall James on Thursday.
James, 24,ย is a former sixth-round pick of the Vikings back in May of last year. He was, unfortunately, unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but was later added to the Vikings’ practice squad.
He has brief stints with the Texans and Chargers before later signing a future/reserve contract with the Browns in December of last year.
James was once again unable to make the Browns’ 53-man roster at the start of the regular season, and was eventually released from the team’s practice just a few days ago.
James has yet to appear in an NFL game.
