According to Howard Balzer, the 49ers worked out 12 players in recent days including DT Willie Henry.

- DE Jonathan Kongbo
- DE Jonathan Woodard
- LB Derrick Moncrief
- OL Aaron Neary
- DL Ethan Westbrooks
Of this group, San Francisco signed Smith to their practice squad and Kindred and Kongbo to futures contracts.
Henry, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2016. He was entering the final year of his four-year, $2,723,393 rookie contract and was set to make a base salary of $720,000 for the 2019 season when Baltimore cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
He’s worked out for the Eagles, Patriots, Cowboys, Bills, Texans, and Raiders, but left each team without a contract.
In 2018, Henry appeared in three games for the Ravens and recorded three tackles and one sack.
