AFC South Notes: Colts, Texans, Titans

Colts

• According to Andrew Walker of the team website, some of the top options for the Colts with their first-round pick at No. 13 include South Carolina DT Javon Kinlaw, Oklahoma WR CeeDee Lamb and Alabama WR Jerry Jeudy. 
• Walker adds he thinks the Colts will look at adding a tight end at some point in the draft as well given how HC Frank Reich prioritizes the position. 
• Walker mentions the Colts could look at Seahawks DT Jarran Reed, Bills DE Shaq Lawson, Seahawks DL Quinton Jefferson, Ravens DT Michael Pierce or Cowboys DT Maliek Collins as options to bolster the defensive line.

Texans

Although Texans HC Bill O’Brien said their staff still likes CB Gareon Conley, he would not comment on if they plan on picking up his fifth-year option. 

“Conley has been good for us,” O’Brien said, via Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle. “I probably wouldn’t be able to answer that specific question, but we like Gareon Conley, if that answers your question. We like what he brings to the table.”

Titans

• According to Sarah Barshop, the Texans promoted Anthony Weaver to defensive coordinator after the Titans showed interest in him to replace the retired Dean Pees as coordinator.
