Per Adam Schefter, Alabama WR Henry Ruggs III has announced he will forego his remaining eligibility and declare for the 2020 NFL Draft.

Ruggs has elite speed and has a legitimate chance to break the NFL Scouting Combine’s 40-yard dash record in February.
That speed also could make him a top-15 pick in April’s draft. The Athletic’s Dane Brugler has Ruggs rated as his No. 12 prospect in his last big board.
During his three-year college career, Ruggs caught 98 passes for 1,716 yards and 24 touchdowns in 40 career games.
