Bears Place S Antrel Rolle On Season-Ending I.R.

Chicago Bears HC John Fox announced Monday that they’re placing S Antrel Rolle on season-ending injured reserve with a sprained MCL.

  • OT Tayo Fabuluje will be reinstated to their roster, according to Fox.

Rolle, 32, signed a three-year, $11.25 million contract that included $4.9 million guaranteed with the Bears back in March. He’ll make a base salary of $1 million this season and another $2.4 million next year.

Rolle’s 2015 season comes to an end with him appearing in seven games and recording 35 tackles and a pass defense for the Bears.
