According to Jim Owczarski, the Bengals have promoted CB Troy Hill from their practice squad to the active roster, and waived CB Chris Lewis-Harris in a corresponding roster move.
Hill, 24, is an undrafted free agent out of Oregon that has yet to record a snap during a regular season game. While with Oregon, he compiled four career interceptions, three forced fumbles, and 18 pass defenses during his senior season.
Lewis-Harris, 26, was carted off the field during Week 12 with a rib injury and never returned. He has appeared in five games this season, but has not recorded any stats.
