The Cincinnati Bengals announced Wednesday that they have signed LB Nico Johnson off of the Chiefs’ practice squad.

Johnson, 24, was taken in the fourth round by the Chiefs last year. During his rookie season, Johnson appeared in seven games and recorded seven tackles, but was unfortunately waived as the Chiefs trimmed their roster down to 53 players a few months ago.
