Ian Rapoport reports that the Bengals are re-signing TE C.J. Uzomah to a three-year, $18 million contract.
Uzomah, 26, was a fifth-round pick by the Bengals in the 2015 draft out of Auburn. He signed a four-year deal that was set to expire when the new league year started Wednesday.
In 2018, Uzomah caught 43 passes for 439 yards and three touchdowns. He was Pro Football Focus‘ No. 50-ranked tight end out of 70 qualifying players.
