Bengals Worked Out Six Players

According to Howard Balzer, Cincinnati Bengals brought in six players for tryouts on Tuesday.

The full list of tryouts for the Bengals includes:

1. C Gabe Ikard
2. OT Javarius Leamon
3. OT Max Rich
4. OT Austin Shepherd
5. OT Jerry Ugokwe
6. G Oni Omoile 

Of this group, the Bengals elected to sign Leamon and Omoile to their practice squad.

Ikard, 26, originally signed on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma back in 2015. He was waived at the start of the season and was later claimed off of waivers by the Bills.

After a brief stint with the Browns, the Lions claimed him off of waivers before cutting him loose coming out of the preseason. Ikard would later sign on to the Bills’ practice squad before getting called up a few weeks later.

Unfortunately, Buffalo waived Ikard during the season last year and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Browns. Cleveland waived him back in August and he had a brief stint on the Broncos’ practice squad.

The Saints signed Ikard to their practice squad Wednesday.

In 2016, Ikard appeared in two games for the Bills and Browns.
