Bills Place LB Matt Milano On IR, Promote Two

The Buffalo Bills announced that they have placed LB Matt Milano on the injured reserve list due to a pectoral injury and promoted CB Dane Jackson and WR Jake Kumerow from their practice squad.

The Bills also activated LB Del’Shawn Phillips from the injured reserve.

Milano, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Bills back in 2017. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2.66 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $735,000 for the 2020 season.

Milano will be an unrestricted free agent in 2021.

In 2020, Milano has appeared in five games and recorded 21 total tackles, one tackle for loss, 1.5 sacks, one interception, and three pass defenses.
