Bills RB LeSean McCoy Denies Domestic Violence, PED Allegations

Update:

The representation for Delicia Cordon, LeSean McCoy‘s ex-girlfriend, issued a statement that their client was physically assaulted by McCoy the morning of July 10 at 3:00 a.m. in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Mike Garafolo of NFL Network adds that McCoy was in Miami for practice at 7:00 a.m. this morning.

An unidentified Instagram user posted that LeSean McCoy‘s ex-girlfriend, Delicia Cordon, stands by her accusations that McCoy assaulted her.

โ€œAnd for the record [the alleged victimโ€™s] lawyer forced me to remove that post. I stand by what I said. Iโ€™ve personally addressed [LeSean McCoy] on everything that was stated many many times over the years. Lie to these people if you want Shady, but you know I know everything,” read the Instagram post, via Mike Rodak.

The Milton Police Department in Georgia tells TMZ that LeSean McCoy’s ex-girlfriend was “specifically targeted” in a home invasion Monday morning and this wasn’t a random incident.

“The preliminary investigation indicates that this residence was specifically targeted by the suspect or suspects, and not a random incident,” the Milton PD tells TMZ Sports.

When officers arrived they found one victim who had been physically assaulted by a lone intruder.”

“During the altercation, the suspect demanded specific items from the victim.”

“An adult female victim was treated and released at North Fulton Regional Hospital. A second adult female victim also sustained a minor injury during the incident.”

“Milton detectives are continuing their investigation.”

As of now, police have not identified any suspects or linked McCoy as being involved.

TMZ Sports reports that emergency personnel was dispatched to LeSean McCoy‘s Georgia house early Monday morning for a “home invasion” in which a female victim was hit in the head.

The audio obtained by TMZ references a female being assaulted.

The Bills released the following statement regarding the allegations:

โ€œWe have spoken to LeSean and have been in contact with the National Football League. We will continue to gather information.”

A friend of LeSean McCoy‘s girlfriend, Delicia Cordon, has accused the Bills running back of beating his girlfriend, child and dog in an Instagram post from one of Cordon’s friends that was posted on Tuesday.

Dianna Russini reports that the Bills are aware of the allegations against McCoy and they’re looking into the matter.

These are very serious allegations levied against McCoy and there’s sure to be updates in the near future from the NFL, McCoy and the Bills.

Last year, McCoy’s girlfriend accused him of cheating on her.

McCoy, 29, is a former second-round pick of the Eagles back in 2009. After six years in Philadelphia, McCoy was traded to the Bills, who later signed him to a five-year, $40 million contract that included $20 million guaranteed.

McCoy stands to make base salaries of $6 million and $6.075 million over the next two years of the agreement.

In 2017, McCoy appeared in 16 games for the Bills and rushed for 1,138 yards on 287 carries (4 YPC) to go along with 59 receptions for 448 yards receiving and 8 total touchdowns. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 9 running back out of 57 qualifying players.
