The Buffalo Bills announced that they have signed S Aaron Williams to a long-term contract extension on Wednesday.

- Brian McIntyre mentions that this contract will place Williams between Morgan Burnett ($6.2M) and the contracts of Kam Chancellor and Reshad Jones ($7M).
Williams, 23, was entering the final year of his rookie contract and would have made $1,092,156 for the 2014 season. Last year, Williams put together his best season in the NFL and totaled 82 tackles, four interceptions and a forced fumble for the Bills.
Pro Football Focus had him rated as the No. 28 safety in the league last season.
