The Denver Broncos have promoted TE Troy Fumagalli, LB Josh Watson and OT Quinn Bailey to their active roster on Saturday, according to Mike Klis.
Fumagalli, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Broncos back in 2018. He was in the third year of his four-year, $2.7 million contract with Denver when he was placed on injured reserve.
The Broncos opted to waive Fumagalli from injured reserve with an injury settlement back in September. He had a brief stint on the Texans’ practice squad before returning to the Broncos’ taxi squad last week.
In 2019, Fumagalli appeared in 11 games for the Broncos and caught six passes for 38 yards receiving and one touchdown.
