Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Browns are activating RB Nick Chubb from injured reserve on Saturday and he will suit up for them on Sunday.
The Browns have confirmed the news and announced that they’ve also promoted G Michael Dunn to their active roster.
Chubb has been out for a while with an MCL injury. The Browns designated him to return earlier in the week.
Chubb, 24, was drafted by the Browns in the second round out of Georgia in 2018. He’s in the third year of a four-year, $7,383,094 contract that included a $3,449,524 signing bonus.
In 2020, Chubb has appeared in four games for the Browns and rushed 57 times for 335 yards and four touchdowns. He’s also added three receptions for 17 yards.
