The Cleveland Browns announced that S Jabrill Peppers and DE Chad Thomas have passed their physicals and will be activated from the non-football injury and PUP list respectively.
Peppers, 22, is a former first-round pick of the Browns back in 2017. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $10.3 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $935,102 and $1.4 million over the next two years of the agreement.
The Browns have a fifth-year option to pick up in 2020.
In 2017, Peppers appeared in 13 games for the Browns and recorded 58 tackles, one interception and three pass defenses. He also contributed 318 kick return yards and 180 punt return yards.
