Mary Kay Cabot tweets that Head Coach Pat Shurmer has named QB Brandon Weeden the starting QB for the Cleveland Browns.
Two weeks ago, we reported that Weeden was the starter for the first pre-season game, and apparently his play has warranted some reassurance by the coach staff. Weeden has his work cut out for him along with rookie RB Trent Richardson to change the losing culture in Cleveland.
